Great option
These noodles are absolutely delicious! My husband bought these as a healthy option and they have been a hit. They are a great portion and a great value for the money. The noodles are slightly thicker than ramen and have a great consistency. Make sure you don’t overcook them for great texture.

Not worth it
They’re very tough and chewy, they don’t retain heat for more than about 45 seconds, and the portion is a fraction of what you’d get with regular, no frills kelp noodles. Keep scrolling for kelp noodles, pass on this product.

Fantastic.
I began eating Keto several months ago, and these noodles are excellent for replacement of pasta and stir fry noodles. I started eating Keto for my health, and so far so good, the Keto way of eating really works for me, and it's nice to have noodles that fit my new style of eating. I rinse them well before using. I highly recommend.

Not Kelp Noodles.
PLEASE make sure you read the product description THOROUGHLY. Don’t be like me and assume they are what they say they are. These are marketed as kelp noodles, but the ingredients are konjac flour, tapioca starch, seaweed powder, and calcium hydroxide. These are basically shiratake noodles with seaweed powder. Shiratake noodles give me bad stomach aches.

Misleading
These are not kelp noodles - they are konjac noodles. I have a bad reaction to konjac and can't eat them.

Noodles are discolored
This is very much false advertising. The photos on Amazon of the packaged noodles are clear but when you get them they’re dark. It also takes more than 30 seconds for it to be hot.

Is it kelp or is it shiratake
Shiratake noodles are made from konjac, a Japanese sweet potato. Kelp is a seaweed. Seems there is a conflict between the name and the description.
