This was an awesome investment for my home gym ! I absolutely love it and works with bow flex dumbbells well as well as plain steel or rubber dumbbells have tried them all with the Jayflex barbell as well as kettle bell ! Add this to your home gym you will be very happy with your purchase !

Great for small-spaces
Any dumbbells hooks to this bar to create a barbell. I've so far used up to (2) 20 lbs (total 50 lbs) with no issues in performance. The only problem it isn't very tight and will slide and rattle a bit.Easy to clamp dumbbells and removes- bar is easy to store.

Useful product, rings are hard to put back in place to screw
Love the idea for this product. High quality plastic. Rings are a bit hard to put back in place and screw, takes me a while, which makes me not motivated to change weights often during the trainings. But nonetheless, it’s a game changer tool for me in the gym.
