Stitch removal scissor
These are small around 4" long but they work good to cut the stitches for removal

Perfect for home removal of stitches
Doctors are always telling you "make an appointment ($$$) or just take the stitches out yourself". These stitch removers work perfectly and save you an office visit! I can't stress enough to removed them when the doctors tells you because stitches are MUCH harder to remove if you let them stay in too long! Well designed and made. Painless stitch removal!

OK for cross stitch
Needed to correct a cross stitch error, a very delicate task: cutting too deep cuts the fabric, cutting too long may cut into other stitches & cause them to also require repair. But the “cup” is a big help in isolating just certain strands of thread. These are slightly more sturdy, less flexible than my old pair - which might be a boon.

Adequate
The tiniest suture scissors I’ve seen, but the size in the description is accurate. The description of these as “precision” is not. The jaw edges have burs on them that could have been removed with an easy extra step in manufacture. The burs can snag gauze and traumatize tissue. Typical Pakistani quality, but adequate for small, occasional work. A very fair price in proportion to the quality.

Extremely Effective; Don't pay attention to the negative reviews
I'm perplexed by some of the negative reviews and I'm glad I paid them no mind. I had about an inch long cut on my upper lip for which I received 4 sutures. These scissors along with some tweezers made removal extremely easy even for such a delicate, more intricate spot. The hook works very well and the sharpness and length is more than adequate.

Arrived bent
These scissors would not cut at all. They cant cut paper much less stitches. Upon examination they are bent and don't line up properly to cut.
