Very happy with this washing/drying machine. No more laundry hanging around in a house. Clothes didn't get too wrinkly in drying modes. So quiet and looks stylish. Amazing quality for a price.

After having it a week:The good:- it's really quiet. Even when spinning full pelt.- looks good- it has a 15 min quick wash cycleThe bad:- it takes ages to dry anything. A dry and wash cycle is literally 10hours and 30min.- It doesn't have a lint tray. This means after a few washes you'll notice your clothes look like you've left a box of tissues in the wash. I'm not even kidding unfortunately.- it feels very cheap- the people installing it are subcontracted to Amazon. This means when they mess up your install, which they will, Amazon take no responsibility. They dont seem to have undergone any training.- The installers for mine, snapped the bolt which connects the sink plug. There was literally no need for them to even take this off as it's only the waste pipe and cold water supply that needed removed. This meant that my kitchen sink now couldn't be used and the "technicians" couldn't test my machine. It's currently leaking and Amazon customer service have "washed" (pun intended) their hands of it. I've had to pull it all out and do it myself. Amazon are normally excellent but I will never use them to install anything again.- I've chosen to return it. I bought it thinking it would save time and be more convenient. It's genuinely rubbish. Choose something else.

I should probably start by saying that my requirements for a new washer/dryer were pretty basic. I wanted something which would wash, and dry, so a massive array of programs/cycles wasn't something I needed (I'm a single guy in his early 50's - my needs are simple). I should also add that so far I've only used a couple of the wash programs and am unlikely to need to venture far away from the standard eco wash, basic dry cycle, and the quick 15 min wash.What I do like so far is that it's very quiet, and if you just want to do a regular wash a quick turn of the dial and push of a button gets you going and you can barely hear this unit at spin cycle. Dry cycle (for as much as I've used it) seems to work well (a couple of dryer balls helped reduce the amount of creasing).Worth mentioning that this unit only has a cold inlet, so if you are getting it installed and your old unit is cold and hot, make sure you can isolate the hot or cap it off first. It's slightly smaller than the unit it replaced so fits nicely under the worktop. Aesthetically, it's a simple and clean looking thing - very inoffensive.Time will tell if it lasts the 20 years my last one did, but as a budget option this is very good value if it manages half of that !

Washes everything to a high standard drier is fantastic doesn’t dry everything so it’s like cardboard the best thing in my opinion is the washing liquid and conditioner auto does just fill once a month ish app tells you when to refill washing or drying is finished what program you are using how water and electricity you used

Then stopped drying. Took nearly two weeks to get an engineer out. Who said he needed another part. It's been another two weeks and now another engineer is coming next week (the engineer company can't give a time and don't do weekends). The machine has lots of features but drying isn't currently one of them. Also had to finish installing it myself. So not happy.UPDATE. So it's finally fixed. Washes, dries, so happier. So back up to three stars. Will update again later on how the story unfolds.

My daughter got this as a pre-owned / return? So she got this at a great price. She is a renter and my have to leave this behind if she has to move in a hurry so price was important. Also the actual performance and capacity for wash loads and drying loads is impressive. i used it daily in her flat as you know how teenagers have a tonne of clothes and are not usually into boring stuff like clothes mainenance, so I got very busy during my 12 day stay and used it daily on a "quick wash" then did the dry cycle which is mainly 3 hours. I thought it was long. In the north of UK, I'd recommend a washer dryer like this, great price even if buying from brand new. If you have not garden or line, then this is brilliant. We used quick wash with liquid bottle detergent, however at home I use eco eggs that are just as good and way cheaper. It is effective and quiet and looks ultra smart.
