Wakefit engineered wood queen size bed
I ordered the bed on March 12th and delivery was shown as 15-19 dates..But after 2 days showed as arriving on 15th..but it did not arrive 😔😔..so I kept on calling wakefit and amazon customer carefrom 16-19March cos the product was not delivered..so I finally told them that I'm going to cancel the order...but they said that due to technical glitch it was delayed and promised mee that they will deliver it by March 21 that is today...and finally I got it today and the installation of the bed was also done today...The product was awesome at that price...but the wait was long and delayed for delivery...so I suggest Wakefit to work on the delivery on the promised date so that they get more positive customers..cos their products are top notch when compared to all other branded beds....so I hope wakefit will work on it....The quality of the wood u can't find in top brand beds...so can go for it if you have the patience to wait for it😊😊

A good option for elegant yet simple look
The media could not be loaded. This queen size bed came in a good condition .The best thing is that ...they installed it on the day they delivered it...The bed is super cosy and looks very elegant ...yet simple...It perfectly fits in the limited space of my bedroom...A good choice for us...The only thing is that ,the board that is provided for storage is upto my expectations..because it does not fixed to the bed but lie touching the floor. It should be attached to the bed not on the floor.....

Quality and Support are unsatisfactory
The fit and finish of the product is not really upto the mark, and it's just about 'okay', and the storage portion of the bed uses MDF boards, which not only give a cheap look, but are not cut that accurately (and so, there is always a gap between the board and the bed frame; and company technicians treat this as 'normal' and sometimes don't even understand the issue).Company Support is cumbersome as they go through Amazon Web Forms interface for reporting your issue, and invariably, the form fails to register the complaint, and so, the customer ends up going in an endless loop, just filling Amazon web forms.Anyway, eventually got through to the support thanks to one kind-hearted Amazon executive, who understood my issue. Of course, that didn't solve my problem, because all that the company technical guy did was tell me, "Nothing can be done about my specific complaint as it was "just a quality issue".
