This saw cut through thick branches very quickly. Its light weight. Its a great value for the cost, very functional. Other family members are willing to purchase one.

Awesome saw esp. for the price
Just got this handy little saw yesterday, just got done using it and am very pleased. To start with I am a bit cheap lol. I trying to finish cutting down tree and electric pole saw was a pain - too long. Didn't want to spend $30 for a hand held for just a couple cuts so looked up hand saws and this one popped up for $11. I'm also a bit " frugal" so I got it figuring I could return if didn't work. It worked great, as you can see trunk is wider than saw and took me like 20 min (took some rest breaks, I'm older too) . Think saw is only rt handed, couldn't use with left - oh wait think that's my flaw lol. Only thing I saw "bad" was locking mechanism looked like it was pushing in when using at times but I never had saw fold up on me while using so must not have fully unlocked. Great esp. for the price.

Easy to use, folding pruning saw
This pruning saw is very easy to use and works well with tree pruning or any wood cutting issues. The bright red handle is sturdy and is a heavy duty product. The blade is very sharp and the teeth cuts in both directions for faster cutting. Excellent piece of equipment for your portable tool box with a big impact for small tree or branch cutting.

Sharp blade
Cuts a 3” branch fairly quick, it’s really sharp. But I’ve been pruning professionally for 36 years so I’ve gone through several saws. This one seems slightly flimsy and I think the lock button should have been made of aluminum or something rust a little more durable! I will have to see how it stands the test of time!

Great for around the yard or at a campground.
Less expensive now than it was a year ago, for a better value. I used this for hours yesterday. I was impressed that it made work easier than the by-pass ratcheting shears I usually use. Light weight, comfortable to use, good cutting speed, bright color to see if you lay it on the ground, and seems to be good quality with exceptionally sharp teeth.

Convenient size, not completely comfortable to use.
I got this saw for use while camping to be able to cut up branches and small logs more easily for firewood. I have larger and different saws that I use around the house for trimming trees and brush, but I wanted something small and portable for camping. The folding saw fits that need quite well. The overall length of the saw when folded is just under 14 inches, and the 12-inch blade folds out of that and locks in place. The lock is strong and holds that blade in place well. The saw is sharp and has no problem cutting through small trees and branches, even well up to 6 inches. That is exactly what I ask of it.On the downside, the handle itself is not very comfortable to grip tightly, which you need to do to saw with. The edges of the channel that the blade folds in to are not rounded at all, and that starts to cut into your hand a bit. A good pair of leather gloves helps with this. The swell at the base of the saw helps with the grip on the saw though.I cannot yet speak to the durability of that sharp blade, but so far, I like it.
