Definately recommend.
This worked well for me when i had knee surgery over the scars. It really does help promote healing and protects the incisions well. Also it matched my flesh colour so coukdnt even tell i had it on.

Durability
This by far has been my favorite silicone tape. Its thin, sticks well and holds well in water. The color is also perfect to blend with your skin. Worn it to Disney, pictures go noticed, florida heat/sweat worked well and water dip held well. I have tried other brands and have not been as satisfied as I am with this one in particular. I use this on my 4yr old for 2 years now on the bridge of her nose after a freak accident.

Doesn't do much
I've been using the scar sheets on an old scar, but I haven't seen any results. I'll keep using it and make any updates if there are improvements.
