This is a good blend of ingredients, they really work and help support kidney and liver function also the urinary track system, it improves the digestion and helps to eliminate toxins, impurities from the body, definitely feel much better and more energetic. Great Quality Supplement! It Work!

This detox seems to work okay, but the acid reflux and nausea that accompany it are a no go for me. They go down easily enough, but the taste stays with you. You expect something like this to be the gift that keeps on giving from a number 2 perspective, and that is true. But the reflux is real.

I'm all for cleansing for healthy gut support. I've seen many different ways people do this, but I want to try going the pill way first. I like it because it's a 7-day plan that will be easy to follow. I plan on doing this for a week and see how I feel afterward. I'm in my 50s so anything that will cleanse my kidney and liver to promote a healthy gut is the path my health provider would like me to take.

Overall there are a lot of brands out there that do the same thing, but this one worked for me. At the end of the day just follow the instructions and stay hydrated. Also I would recommend using this product when you are going to be home for a few days and have some privacy and an open bathroom.

This 7-day detox cleanse was a little challenging to get through, but I feel that it was beneficial in cleaning out my system. I felt great after the 7 days were over. I did feel a few side effects including some stomach upset and bloating. I don't think I was drinking enough water at first so I upped my water intake and felt better. You do need to make sure that you have access to a bathroom while taking these detox pills as you will be there a lot! The detox capsule blend is made up of all-natural ingredients and I felt more comfortable taking them.The recommended dose is 6 capsules a day - you take 2 capsules 3 times a day. I took the pills with my meals so that I would not forget to take them. The capsules were easy to swallow and did not have a taste or smell.
