Quality value and good company
The HP Elite laptop is in excellent condition I absolutely love it. The price was very affordable and great value..It does everything I need and works superbly I can’t highly enough about the quality. The seller answered my query very quickly. I did hesitate a little while as it was a considerable purchase but so glad I made the purchase. I will certainly use this company again

Buy new not 'refurbished'
It arrived in good condition but with a dead battery that wouldn't charge, to me it looked like it had been used as a static server so visually very good but has probably had a lot of hours use. Personally I wont ever buy so called 'refurbished' again, it went back and I bought a new one.

Quality service
Very Happy with the product, the charger wasn't working properly, messaged the seller who promptly got back to me and replaced the charger. Very good service thanks.

Poor quality
Laptop appears to function as expected however the quality is poor. Item described as ‘refurbished - excellent’ however there were marks on the back of the laptop and the plastic around the screen was coming off

Great machine . Great customer service. Great value
The laptop arrived in good condition and was a breeze to set up (barring half a dozen restarts and updates). The outside of the laptop did not have a scratch on it and the keyboard had very minor wear on it. The performance is very good and is just what I needed force printing and design applications..The only issue I had was some minor damage to the power unit plug which would not plug into the machine therefore being unable to charge the battery.. a quick message to the seller and within a day a new power unit was on its way.. it has now arrived and works so issue completely resolved. Very happy customer

Terrible Customer service
This seller has a terrible customer service as I noticed that the laptop charger is not working, I reached out to the seller twice and he responded that he will send in another charger but i never heard back from him even after making attempts.

Excellent BUT...
Very quick delivery. Reasonable packaging. Nearly perfect condition. Very fast laptop with decent i5 cpu. Very happy with performance. BUT... 2 very basic errors let the supplier down. Firstly the battery was so flat we left it plugged in for nearly an hour before the charging light even came on, then it charged and it works great. Secondly and most annoying is they stuck a Very basic handwritten warranty void sticker right on the front bezel next to the screen so you see it all the time and it looks very tatty but if removed they say no warranty. Why on earth isn't it on the underside of the laptop like normal.?
