I know it’s legit and potent because it gives my skin a reddish hue when I eat too much hahaha (carotenoids like these can accumulate in the skin and this is a harmless and actually potentially photo-protective phenomenon, and the reason I buy these!)

this works great for enlarged prostate (BPH)I've been taking Flomax for years, it relaxes the prostate so it doesn't squeeze the urethra.Lycopene actually shrinks the prostate back to normal size. How do I know this ?I've been taking lycopene for 4 months & rarely get up at night. The other day I had the annual exam with the urologist. He said the prostate was not enlarged. Flomax doesn't do that so it must be lycopene.I'll stop taking flomax.Lutein doesn't help the prostate but it has other benefits
