Best Gummie Vitamins I’ve ever purchased. First off is the texture and flavor are not like other fiber gummies, other fiber, Gummies have been thick or chalky or flat out taste disgusting. These ones have a lighter fruit taste, the texture is soft and they’re easy to chew up. Kind of citrusy. Second, I’ve taken another fibers gummies in the past, they usually take a couple of days to start working, by day two I saw results with these. I take them first thing in the morning with my water. I’ve been taking them for over two weeks and I’ve become regular again. They don’t give me any digestive pain and have caused no interactions with my other supplements or have given me side effects, which I did get with other gummy vitamins. I’ve struggled with constipation majority of my life, so I have to keep my fiber supplements up, but other supplements make me feel sick, groggy or bring a lot of gut pain. These ones do not and I feel like I’m digesting my food much easier I will purchase again.

Delicious. 4 really works, but I can’t do all four everyday because I work in a public space. Either way, worth the money.

Never thought I'd be writing an enthusiastic review about fiber gummies, but here we are. These MiraFIBER gummies taste way better than they have any right to - more like a treat than a supplement. None of that weird artificial taste or chalky texture you get with other brands.Most importantly, they work without causing any discomfort or urgent situations (if you know what I mean). Started with the recommended dose and had no issues. Just a gentle, effective solution for staying regular.Only downside is they're a bit pricey compared to regular fiber supplements, but the convenience and taste make it worth it. Plus, I actually remember to take these, unlike those giant horse pills or gritty powder mixes.

Tastes good, easy to chew. Definitely experienced the gassy side effect but that means it’s working I guess.

Everyone always pushes the powder stuff at us like it works like magic, but the powder stuff tastes awful. I don’t know many people who don’t like a gummy. The hubby pops two in his mouth everyday and he is magically regular.

Not a fan of the flavor or the texture. The gummies are really hard and not very chewable. The flavor isn't terrible, but nothing I'd look forward to eating. They also don't make me feel very full, which is one of the reasons I eat fiber in the morning.

Tasty and effective. Serving size of 4 is a bit much though.
