Initial impressions were that this was a quality product. Flaps are detachable and light weight which is nice as it doesn't make the hat feel heavy. Having the adjustable brim tightness is a nice feature for a more snug fit. I am someone with a larger head and this fit comfortably. The flaps on the side also protect against the wind which can either be good or bad depending on how you look at it. Hat is overall lightweight and did a great job at blocking the sun from above and the sides.Neck is well protected and should not incur any sunburns. Will update once I have used it for a bit longer for longevity but wanted to put my initial impressions with you! Have a blessed day <3

I got this hat primarily for playing pickleball outdoors, and it’s been fantastic! The wide brim and neck flap provide excellent coverage from the sun, and the UPF50+ protection gives me peace of mind during long matches in the sun.It’s lightweight, breathable, and surprisingly comfortable to wear even during intense games. The adjustable chin strap keeps it secure, even on windy days, and the waterproof material is a bonus if you get caught in light rain.Although it’s marketed as a fishing hat, it works perfectly for any outdoor activity—especially pickleball. I’m very happy with the quality and performance. Definitely a great purchase for anyone who spends a lot of time outside!

Not really, water still gets in through the vents, but that's not why I bought it. I have to wear glasses, and I like hiking. This works great when it rains. If you wear glasses you know what a PITA it is when they keep getting pelted with rain or even a light drizzle. The brim of this hat does a great job of shielding the glasses, way better than a regular baseball style cap. It looks kind of wicked too, it goes great with my leather trench coat.

Good all around hat but needs to be packaged in a way it can be shipped flat not folded and smashed in a vacuum sealed bag. It creases the brim and is hard to recreate in the right place. It is a pretty good hat other than that,it’s lightweight breathable and keeps the sun off your face and neck. Fits good also.

This little hat is dynamite! I've had it in use a few times already since purchasing. Wore while out on a beach run, and for a nature trail hike. I have NO complaints, and would definitely recommend it to others. Go ahead and get yourself one!

Fits nicely and blocks all the sun. Great hat but I will say it has an extremely strong plastic/something smell to it out of the bag. Not terrible though

The hat is great, however, the synch for the retainer strap was installed incorrectly, rendering it useless. I will have to cut it off and modify a new one to make it work.*Update, fixed. Installed cool new grenade synch (also made in China, so it's legit)👍Other than the stopper being installed on a Mon or a Fri (if China has weekends even 🤔🤷) The hat seems great.I can wear my summer tank tops, and not fry my neck & shoulders at the same time. Pretty happy about that!The only con is that being a gen X'r, when I don this hat, I immediately want to start teleporting and throwing lightning bolts.. ⚡⚡Note to the good, working, average, Chinese folks who are making these hats: I understand.. it's hard out here for us everyday folks just trying to feed our families. No hate. 🙂🙏
