Came locked and unable to open without using force and tools
Mine arrived locked. Having EDS and hypermobile fingers, I wasn't able to open the lid and had to ask for help prying it open so I wouldn't hurt myself. It wasn't easy but they eventually got it open with a butter knife, so if you're in a similar situation when yours arrives, be aware it's possible to get it open, but it's also possible that getting it open will be tricky and somewhat damage the lid.

Not deep enough - syringes get stuck!
Not good for syringes if you pick up after heroin users. Box is not deep enough so syringes get stuck and it takes a lot of pushing and shaking to make them get inside. Volume is great and flap works ok but next time I will go for the taller option.
