Kinesio FP Tape Roll - BEIGE, 5m x 5cm

Simply the very best tape I have yet used. I have recurring breast lymphoedema following radiotherapy and this and this alone massages the persistent lumps and keeps them at bay. The way it works is quite extraordinary and other cheaper tapes I have used have not equalled this performance. An added bonus is that although the glue is extremely powerful which it needs to be to do the job and provide the appropriate tension to produce the massaging effect it can be removed easily & without pain under a hot shower. First class product and the beige is considerably less visible through clothes than other colours. The white and the black are good too. I personally found the blue and the pink a bit in your face, but it depends where on your body you are using it of course. I have weekly massage as a further aid to the problem and the tape survives daily bathing and swimming for exactly a week. It gets a bit tired around the sixth day. But that is fine as the skin needs 24 hours to breathe between strappings.

I have used this product time and time again, and for me it really helps me with my issues, as regards to the right support you need around your injuries

This is great and sticks well. It often will stay on for 3 days and does not cause a rash which another make of kinesiology tape does. My knee definitely feels more stable with it on.

I had brought cheaper tape and found it made my skin blister to the point of leaving scars (sadly I ignored the reviews saying the same) but found the tape helped my shoulder issue so searched for a sensitive one. After reviews I settled on this tape and so far I have had no problems with it causing blisters. I do find the adhesive isn't as good though so areas where the tape may cross do not stay stuck like others.

Excellent product, the original and the still the most recommended, probably because most sports therapists and kinesiologists learnt using the stuff too. Not cheap, but it works well, and there is so much tape in each roll.

After a fair bit of research I purchased this tape to help combat blisters on my feet when playing five a side football. It's done the trick and I no longer get blisters. I've also found it useful for wrapping over blisters on my hands after getting them from playing golf, and then preventing future ones. Also used it to stick down a dressing on my arm (covering a cut) as normal medical tape has no stretch, where as this stretches with ease and therefore doesn't make it feel like it's 'pulling'
