First of all, you never really know if this kind of thing is doing you any good or if you are even getting what they tell you you are getting.Second, while this worked out to be a good price on a per mg basis for what seems to be high quality ingredients, I would much rather have 120 capsules at 500 mg each. 1000mg is kind of a crazy dose. It's usually recommended at 100mg to 300mg.I've been taking it Mon, Wed, Fri tomake it last but I would be much happier with a consistent dose of 500mg every day.Also, reversing time is a bold claim!
