Amazing flavor and texture
So I accidentally bought the case instead of a single packet, and I’m glad it worked out. One package is almost perfect size. As with all of the products I have tried of Red Mills the quality it’s amazing and always fresh. The pricing is inline with other similar products( I am still trying and comparing) my first focaccia turned out amazing so I would say the gluten that is desired really showed through in the amount bubbly baked goodness.

Bob's Red Mill 00 is worth it
If you really want to make some good pizza this is the flour that you need. But Its an expensive Flour.The Quality of this flour is good and easy to handle when creating the dough.The pizza will come out fresh and tasting great!

Best 00 Flour for Pizza Dough
We have tried many brands of 00 flour and Bob's Red Mill is by far the best we have found for pizza dough.

Makes such good pizza!!
This is a super fine flour, shipped fresh (far from its expiration date), with virtually no flour leakage despite whatever it went through in transit. Packaged well, bags are securely sealed, and boxed in Bob’s thick cardboard.We use it with sourdough starter, and it makes crazy good pizza. The only thing that could be better than our oven baked pizza is an ooni fired pizza, but the next best thing for us apartment dwellers is a 1/3” pizza steel preheated at 500 for an hour, then 10 minutes directly below the broiler before sliding the pizza onto the steel. Not quite as insanely good as Ooni, but so good that we don’t ever feel like we’re missing out. Dough made with Bob’s “00” handles intense heat, freezes well, rises beautifully with sourdough starter, and produces pizza as good as restaurant pizza (as compared to the top pizzas in the country, in our experience). Will def be reordering.

Quality product, Pricey
This is a great quality 00 flour for making pasta. It's kinda pricey but if you're looking for a perfect dough your first time, I'd suggest using this product until you're more experienced. I buy this as my primary pasta flour because I want perfection every time. ;)

Price in bulk and quality are great
Made so many pizzas and flatbreads with this, matched with some really good yeast and basic ingredients and I was very satisfied with results. I still don't have the temperatures dialed in right for that perfect crust. If I go too high it burns easy, if I go too low it won't form much color on the crust. This is a device problem and not the flour's fault. I just couldn't beat the price on this bulk purchase it was about $15 for the 4 packages, and that's about half the price of a local market brand that I also like. Price has gone up and it's still about the same price as the one I get in the store.
