These are so easy to fit and mold around your ankle. Stays in place!

The ice packs freeze firm but not hard and are a good size.The wrap is constructed oddly however. The bag has velcro on one short end to keep the ice pack inside but the opposite short seam has the end of the elastic strap sewn directly into it. The bag is not attached anywhere else. Typically the bag is attached mid strap or at least tacked down to the strap in several places. This configuration means that the strap has to pass over the bag in order to hold it on the injury which may be difficult in some locations or with a larger person. I was barely able to ice my shoulder by passing the strap across my back and chest to velcro it over the bag. Note the velcro does NOT adhere to the velour of the bag itself.
