These are THE best ice packs ever! I had purchased one like these several years ago in a local drug store but I now have 2 injuries I need to ice. I couldn't find these locally so looked here. They are flexible so I can wrap them around my wrist. The cloth is so soft! They keep the cold longer than ice cubes and they don't leak or drip. I've never used them for heat so I can't speak to that. But for icing and injury these are wonderful!

These are great! Pros: * They’re very flexible and form fitting. Currently using them behind my knee. * The velcro piece is wonderful…at the end, it has a short piece of the “sticky” side that is folded onto itself. Between uses, I leave it folded and I never have to fight with the Velcro sticking to everything around me. * It comes with 4 gel packs so I never have to wait for one to get cold again. I have numbered them 1 through 4 and use them in order to ensure I get the coldest one each time and avoid mixing them up. Works great. * The elastic band is long and it can be easily adjusted when movement shifts the cold pack. Cons: * They are not very thick so they don’t stay cold very long. This was only an issue at first for me when the injury was acute and getting to and from the freezer was very difficult. But it is a bit frustrating. All in all, this is a great product and I highly recommend it.

Best deal, price and freeze solid, long lasting and good quality blue cover. As good as any used in the past several years and I use them for pain for any travel. TSA approved in their regulations frozen solid or soft. I had a TSA agent throw my ice packs away in DC because they weren’t frozen solid even though cold. It’s and hour to airport, was an hour that day to get to TSA and she expected they could be frozen solid? I carry a copy of their regulations on ice packs to show that they can be frozen or soft. Some types don’t freeze solid but these I purchased from Amazon do freeze solid and slowly become soft. Working good for back & nerve pain.

Comes with 4 packs that can be put in the freezer or microwave depending on what your need is. Also comes with a sleeve to put the pack in. It has a Velcro strip at the end, so it can be used around the entire body to use on your back or can be wrapped around multiple times and still attached with the Velcro if you need it for your elbow, knee, ankle, etc. The packs freeze rather quickly, in about an hour and it stays cold for quite some time while you are icing. Works well and would recommend.

It's nice that these double as hot and cold. Why should anyone want separate ones just to take up extra space? The velcro strap works very well to hold them in place. They are larger than I expected, which is good, and also the quality is better than expected. I can tell they will last a long time. I want to add that the weight of them is also substantial which helps with their purpose. The blue part of the band is an open sleeve with velcro that holds the gel pack in place, which is a nice feature, However, I find this take away from the desired temperature wanted against your skin, but it does add a smooth terry cloth between the plastic gel pack and your skin.

Hi there, Just wanted to share a quick note about those ice packs! I've been using them recently, and honestly, they're absolutely brilliant. What I really appreciate is how incredibly versatile they are. Seriously, you can use them for just about anything – whether you need a nice, comforting warmth for a sore muscle or some lovely cool relief for a little bump or a headache. They're so easy to pop in the microwave for heat or toss in the freezer when you need cold.

Really nice quality set. We have some cold packs this size from another maker, and these new ones are much better in terms of both degree and duration of coldness. The included strap is long enough that you can use one of these pretty much anywhere on your body. We’re very happy with this purchase.

The icepacks themselves work well and they are a nice size. It is convenient to have multiple packs so you can rotate them out of the freezer. The problem lays in the icepack holder that is provided, it is of very poor design. The strap will adhere only to itself with Velcro , therefore when the strap is wrapped around a body part, the section holding the icepack slides out from underneath it.
