The media could not be loaded. We love them! Eventhough they take lots of space, they are build with quality. The integrated cover makes it elegant, easy to work, ready to use. Video shows we can steam tamales..approx 80. We tested it today. It requires more steaming time than my usual traditional tamalera. 2hrs. It heats water pretty fast. Versatility is great, from a regular heating machine to a tamal steamer. I know there are perforated pans, but in case you want to save money, steaming tamales in non-perforated pans will work. Just add water, 2 cups appx.The lid makes it very quiet and handle is perfect size and thick..looks elegant.Had many compliments.We bought 6 chafers. Love the size and capacity. One was accidentally dropped on highway on our way to the event. It was in its box. It only suffered a dent. It showed it's durability.Would recomment.

I bought this to use for a 4th of July party and it worked out great. The main attraction to this was the roll top, which made it so much easier when grabbing the food. The chafing dish is good quality and the window makes it nice to see what is actually in the dish. However, sometimes the window can fog up at times. It did have a small dent in the one corner of the dish that holds the water, but you are unable to see that if you face it to the back. The dent was not a big deal to me. The dishes hold a good amount of food, keep the food warm and look really nice on the table. I would purchase this product again.

I do a lot hosting and wanted to take my events to the next level. I really like these as they hold a lot of food and are elegant. I purchased 5 and 2 of them were bent that caused the top to not rotate as smooth. Other than that, I am glad I purchased them. I look forward to using them again.

I recently purchased the product and I am beyond impressed with its performance. It keep food warm and fresh and ready to serve for the entire party. This has made hosting gatherings much easier, as I can focus on enjoying my time with guests rather than constantly monitoring and reheating food.It has high-quality stainless steel. I appreciate that it comes with two food pans - a full size and 2 half-size food pan - which makes it incredibly flexible. If I only need to use one dish, the full size pan is perfect, but if I need to serve multiple dishes, the other one is a great.I have used this set for family gatherings and it has been a game changer. I was so impressed with the quick delivery and point on description of this Chafing Dish by Granvell. Unlike other cheaper options, this product is true to it's design and durability. Heavy Duty, doesn't wobble or shake on the table. It's solid and the the window view is awesome for those that like to keep the lid down and things warm. Extremely pleased with my purchase and the fair price!

I'm the manager at a breakfast buffet within a hotel. I bought one of these to replace my old chaffing dish we had. What I love about it is the roll top. we had the traditional one where you lift the lid off each time you need a serveing, and that would splatter water from conversation all over the floor. With this one it rolls in no, and never drops water on the table or the floor. I thought the window would be convenient so that gas can look in and see what the food was but of course, as it’s hot in there it fogs up the windows so there’s really no use for it. But it’s good quality and works out well.

The chafing dishes were exactly what they were described to be. I love the way they keep food warmer than the previous ones I owned. The convenience of the roll top lids being able to be opened and closed is fantastic. They are sturdy and well work the money.

Good quality just wish it was electric.
