Great figure as part of collection been after this for a while

I’m currently at work and my wife’s took in the package, after sending me a photo of the box, its majorly damaged and covered in dents and tears, I wont know about the figure until later, but as a man who enjoys his boxes to be in good condition, this is really upsetting

Apart from the technical problems and the terrible plastic quality, it is a nice figure. To tell the truth, although the truck body and jetpack used terrible plastic and screws, I had to buy this figure as a collector. 5 out of 10. If you are going to buy it as a gift for a child, do not buy it, but like me, he wants this figure very much. and if you have no other chance you can buy it

Unfortunately after paying all that money there was a part missing.Contacted Hasbro via link that was given by amazon after return request but Hasbro said they couldn't help and it was Amazons problem.Finally after a week we were able to send it back and had a quick refund.

A transformer for an 8+ with 45 movements to transform just half of it and very bad instructions. I’m a mechanic and can turn my hand to almost anything but this beat me parts too small and too many worst I’ve seen yet

Massive issue that Hasbro as ignored. Definitely do not buy if you’re looking for a figure to transform at all.
