Good quality
These were made really good however they were too big for the air conditioner I purchased them for.

Easy to install! Fits many models
I bought a used window air conditioner and of course it was missing parts. So I got these off Amazon and they worked really well. Make sure you measure your AC in your window to make sure these will fit and adjust. Pretty easy to put together. Wants together it worked great and I didn't worry about my AC unit falling out of the window

DID NOT FIT
Be sure to try and install this as soon as you get it. I took too long and the inner sleeve didn’t fit on to my AC. Now my return period has expired and I spent money on junk. My recommendation is to purchase these direct from manufacturer. After market ones don’t seem to work for most.

Decent quality, fit the A/C no problem
Item as advertised, good quality for an after-market part. Arrived faster than predicted.

Nice but Don't Fit
It was hard to find replacement shutters for one of our ACs, but this one seemed like the right size. The problem is that's its too wide and it won't fit in the channel of the previous shutters. I will try to modify them somehow.

Not a perfect fit
The materials are sturdy especially the frame itself. However, the side panel accordion curtain slats do not insert easily into the side fasteners/rails on my Frigidaire 5000 BTU. The curtain slats are an odd shape and I ended up having to pull out and widen the AC side fasteners so that I could insert the curtain slats down the side of the AC unit. The slats are narrow and thin on one side which fit easy but the other side that holds the curtain in is wider and round shape and does not fit through the AC side fasteners/rails where the curtain should be affixed to. I used a pair of pliers to gently bend the AC fasteners so that they were wide enough for the curtain slats to fit through. The slats themselves are not as tall as the curtains leaving about a 1/2 inch gap at the top and bottom. I installed a foam insulator curtain to cover the gaps. I may change this part out for a better fit next summer.

Got the job done!
I was a little worried paying so much for side panels but I could not find them anywhere else. I was very pleased when I installed them! They fit perfect and look like it came with my unit. If you don’t have side panels for your AC, I would highly recommend this item.

At Long last
Several years ago, I bought an old air conditioner from a friend. It only had one side panel, but the seller gave me a couple of pieces of foam to fill the gap. I searched for replacement panels several times over the years, but never found them (“out of production“). I came across these while looking for air conditioner covers, something to improve on the foam. I was skeptical about whether they would fit an older unit, but Amazon is good with returns, so I took a chance. The fit is perfect, so much so that I no longer need an A/C cover. GREAT purchase,
