I ordered this impulsively because I was craving some kimchi and wanted to try making it myself. it worked! I made kimchi from scratch using this (warning : it might be too spicy for most) . Highly recommend. wish the quantity was more because I could only use it to make 1 batch

Need better Packaging
The taste is good.However, the packaging should be easier to use. Once it is opened, the product becomes a solid block and is no longer in powder form, making it difficult to use.
