I love everything about this product, however, I wasn't able to try them as the foil seal on the top was damaged and I am super cautious about things like that. So my review is based on everything else.I really like that this brand doesn't use bulking agents and fillers so that is an immediate win. This product is so appealing because of its brain support, which is nootropics and adaptogens. I've recently started to read up on nootropics which is why this product stood out to me. Nootropics are said to be great for memory, focus, and stress management ... and I am there for all of it!

I have various mental health difficulties and also live with chronic fatigue syndrome (also known as ME). So energy levels, brain fog and anxiety are, sadly, a huge part of my life. I therefore am familiar with adaptogens such as ashwagandha, but was not aware of any of the ingredients in this product being adaptogens - so it's great to have a wider 'offer' in that area! The brain function/focus/cognition nootropic ingredients are all things I've tried before. To have all of this in one product, if it proves helpful, is actually a pretty good deal at £20 per month. Of course, if there is no improvement, it will be poor value. Currently I can say that the product seems good quality, is well packaged, has a long expiry date and that I've had no adverse reactions. It is suitable for vegans, too. So good so far - and, I hope, brilliant in the future.

This is a very impressive blend of many of my favourite nootropics and adaptogens, all in one, which will save me having to take them all separately. I have found these to really help me manage my stress levels at work. The stress is still there, but I feel like I don't get irritated as much.With the nootropics, this is still work in progress. I feel a bit sharper minded and quick with my words some days, but other days I don't notice much difference, however I'm sure its more a long term thing.I also love how this has iodine in it too, which I personally take as it helps me regulate my body temperature better and keep warm. That's my own personal result, and I'm sure everyone is different.I'd very much recommend these.

I've just finished taking these, and I can't say for sure that it has improved my focus.Since getting COVID I've been struggling with memory loss. I use to be able to recall things easily and my mind was sharp, and I notice a drastic change after. It's like my brain is foggy.. I can't retain as much information as I use to, and I feel constantly overwhelmed by information. I have a tiredness that never seems to shift, and I guess I was hoping that in taking these, I would notice some improvement. Now, not saying that it didn't help at all, as it might have on other areas of my day-to-day.. however, when it comes to the memory factor, which is what I was looking for, I didn't notice any difference.However, I trust the brand, its reputation and the quality of the products, so might keep on this for a bit longer to see if I just needed a longer period.

I’m a really big fan of KIKI health. They are a superior quality supplement brand who I feel are innovative and have a really great focus on quality and provenance of ingredients. This supplement has got a really lovely blend of natural ingredients that support brain function and nervous system. I use them because I have a M.E and also because I have subclinical hypothyroidism so the iodine in these is good for me. There is no noticeable uplift causing a feeling that some people do expect from taking supplements like this, but I just have a nice trust in the background that they are doing a good job. The Brahmi extract especially something that I discovered this year as a wonderful purported anti-inflammatory agent and so I continue to take this to aid with good health for me.

I've been taking the suggested dose of two tablets per day for at least 3 weeks now, and unfortunately I don't think there has been any improvement in memory. I took these tablets as I'm beginning to forget things I usually would remember. But this is still the case.The tablets are also very large so quite difficult to swallow.There is a smell with them as well and this leaves a slight aftertaste after swallowing.It may be that I haven't taken them long enough to see a change, but the size and scent are still a problem.

This is another quality product from reputable supplement brand Kiki Health. The bottle contains 60 tablets with a dose of 2 tablets per day giving a 30 day supply. For the current asking price of £20 I personally think this is good value for a high quality supplement.In use, the vegetable based capsules are easy to swallow and contain a good mix of nootropics and adaptogens without the addition of any artificial colours, fillers, or sweeteners which is a big plus for me.Overall these have a good mix of ingredients to help with cognitive and neurological function. I haven't been taking these tablets long so can't say I've noticed a huge difference so far but like many supplements the effects are usually felt long term and are not a quick fix.
