Just had mine removed from my cabin bag at Security in Perth, Australia so I would keep in my suitcase just to be sure. Just buying another to replace

Really confused by the dimensions listed. Under product details it's 23cm long, in product description it's either 56mm (5.6cm) or 4 inches (10cm).

It is 56mm or 2 and a 1/4inches. The other dimensions are probably the packaging box dimensions

Is this legal to carry in the uk ?

Technically, it contains a ‘fixed blade’ knife, so not a UK legal EDC carry. With that said, unless you’re being a numptie, or going through baggage check/scanners, I wouldn’t worry too much about it.
