Perfect size and lasts forever
Omg this is perfect if your single or a couple. Not so much if you have a family and need to do copious amounts of laundry. I bought this 6 months ago and I still have half an bottle left. I had to cancel the subscription or else I would be drowning in all the bottles. My clothes have never been cleaner or smelling so great. The cap has the perfect anount that you need. Bonus points are that I only have to use a capful to wash my queen size comforters, and they have never been softer. The bottle does get sticky after a while since the soap drips down from the cap but you can just wash it off. Perfect for taking to the Laundromat and it's great for the planet!!

amazing
Dirty Labs laundry detergent has changed my laundry routine in the most amazing way. I literally gave a bottle to every member of my extended family as a Christmas gift. It eliminates the wasteful packaging of most commercial detergent and it is far (far) more effective than powder detergent or detergent sheets, which never seem to get anything really clean. I didn't realize what a poor job the others were doing until I tried Dirty Labs.and the scents are **amazing. not gross like commercial detergent. If you hang dry anything, the scent lingers in the most pleasant way.The cleaning power is probably better than most commercial detergents, even Tide.It is a little more expensive but I feel worth it for both effectiveness and eliminating horribly wasteful packaging. My family does not usually have skin irritation and we have had no issues with either scent.

Prefer scent free version
Did not like smell, but it's not a bad scent and it does clean well - I think I just prefer no scent or floral scent. To me it smells more of just matcha when it comes out of the wash, but when it comes out of the dryer I don't really smell it. I love the scent free version. The plus side is that I haven't had any skin irritation from this or the scent free version and my skin is very sensitive. I use it on clothes, towels and bedding. No matter how careful I am, the container does have detergent dripping down the side - which annoys me.

My tried and true!
My new fav detergent! It’s a clean product, smells great, and cleans well. I’ve been using the different fragrances by Dirty Labs for about 6 months and I haven’t had any problems with clothes not getting clean enough. I plan to use forever.

Opt for the signature scent unless you reeeealllly want to smell like a 🌹
I love the signature scent of this detergent and find that it works well overall. I gave this scent a go and I’m just not a fan. It’s too floral for my taste and (brutal honesty here) smells very much like something my grandmother would choose for herself. Scent is very subjective, but I’ll certainly be opting for the signature from here on out.

This is the one! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I am so sensitive to smells in that I can smell other people's fabric softener and dryer sheets on their clothing when I'm standing next to them. I hate that, but a lot of eco-friendly laundry detergents leave laundry smelling musty after a day or so. I've been on the hunt for a new detergent that smells good but not too intense, doesn't give me a headache, doesn't make me itch, and doesn't make me nauseous. This is it!! The Murasaki scent is absolutely lovely...I think I need to wash everything I own in it! Curtains, sheets, jackets, everything! The scent does linger on clothing out of the dryer, but it's not too intense for me. Someone described it as lily of the valley, and that is accurate. Cleans well, smells amazing. I do see what many reviews mention about the potential for drips when pouring out of the bottle, but it smells so great that I don't even care. I'm happy to have to found this detergent!

Miracle for removing cat urine
Okay. The drawbacks first: It's pricey. I don't like the bottle it comes in as some of the soap always dribbles down the side and the bottle has to be rinsed off every time. A pump bottle would be so much better. The benefits: It removes cat pee scent. Even OLD cat pee. If you have ever dealt with cat pee on fabric, you probably know that no amount of washing with normal detergent will get that smell out. ONE hot water wash (with presoak) got ALL of the smell out. Not even a trace of the bad smell is left. That is nothing short of a miracle. I feel it's too expensive to buy for regular loads, but I will keep it around as long as I have pets! Thank you for saving my clothes, dirty labs!!!

Didn’t remove any stains:(
I was really excited to try this as I enjoy trying new household items. I washed several loads in cold, warm and hot water (high efficiency commercial washer) and was pretty disappointed. Polyester dress in cold water didn’t remove any stains, cotton sheets in warm water still had yellowing and stains and even towels, Make Up Eraser cloth, and a canvas tote washed in hot water still had yellowing and darker tint in certain areas. Mostly just general wear and tear; I had pretreated the sheets with a stain remover as well. While I realize some stains can be difficult to remove I was most disappointed in the general yellowing area of sheets and in warm water. I wanted to try the enzyme booster but if the detergent on it own doesn’t even improve staining I’m skeptical if it would make much difference. The included small beaker was cute and more enjoyable to use than the big bottle ones but the instructions to leave it in the dispenser tray doesn’t make sense- when I removed it it was covered in detergent residue so would’ve been less messy to just rinse it off after pouring.I try to stay from synthetic and toxic fragrances but enjoy some eco friendly scents but this was completely undetectable on anything I washed. Inhaling from the bottle the scent is pretty neutral like a hotel soap or men’s woodsy cologne- you might detect some matcha if you know that’s what it is but wouldn’t have guessed matcha or jasmine if given a smell test. I read some comments mentioning an ‘overpowering’ scent I can’t fathom that it’s way too subtle to beoffensive in any way although some might find it a bit musky it seems more on the unisex / male scale.I prefer boutique eco detergent to the big hitters but it’s irritating to buy upscale detergents that don’t work properly. Ultimately it just wasn’t good at getting stains out.
