Powerfully Good!
I find organic ginger extremely helpful in dealing with specific problems. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory and I have a chronic skin irritation which conventional medicine has been unable to help. However, a combination of ginger and turmeric deals amazingly well with the problem. If I run out of tablets, within a few days my skin flares. This combination is also helpful in reducing the pain from arthritis. But to make the two spices fully effective, black pepper tablets are also required as this helps absorption. I have always used a different make of ginger but this one was just a little less expensive and that was very welcome. Highly recommended. Try it - if you have any inflammatory condition.

Great for nausea - I need 4 tablets a day though
This has been been great for some nausea caused by medication. The downside is I need the max dose per day which makes it quite expensive if needed on a longer term basis.

Best before date, capsule & product...
The actual ginger content in the product seems good, but there are two things which I don't like about this product:1) The best before date is only 1 and a half years from now. I use these capsules sparingly to get rid of motion sickness symptoms. I probably wont finish the bottle until about 2 years from now. The last bottle I bought from a different brand had a better best before date.2) The ginger appears to be contained in these "HPMC Capsules". The capsule is very hard to the touch. You can slide it open by holding either end of the capsule and pulling. Having done this with one capsule and examined the capsule, I can't see how this is good to put in my body. I don't think the material is plastic, but it feels just like a thin, hard plastic. The edges of the capsule (when opened) feel a little bit sharp too.I am not a food or medicine expert, so the capsules may be just fine. However, instinctively it doesn't seem like a good idea for me to be ingesting them, so I wont be. Instead I will open the capsule and poor the contents into a drink.

Great product. Too soon to tell if it’s working for anti nausea and anti cancer. But I feel good taking it. It’s helping my digestion.
