This is the first artificial Christmas tree I’ve owned and I’m thrilled with my choice. After doing some research, I nearly purchased a tree 2-3x the price of this one. But after digging a little further and reading reviews, I decided to take my chance on this one.When we first put it up, I was nervous because it didn’t look good at all. But I trusted the process and got to fluffing! It took about 1-2 hours but once done, I was left with a beautiful and full tree! I highly recommend getting rose pruning gloves for the fluffing, to avoid getting scratched up.The only small downside for me is that the lights are a bright true white and I was hoping for more of a warm white. Over the course of a few days, I got used to this and it’s looks perfect to me now. My daughter loves the colored lights and those are cute too!Although I don’t have anything to compare it to, it seems sturdy and high quality to me! If you’re willing to put in the time on the fluffing, I think you’ll be very happy. It’s the best value for the price that I have come across. I also appreciate that they included a bag to store it in.

I have had many artificial trees, and managed to keep a few them for a few years. I have higher hopes for this one! It is SO sturdy and easy to assemble - and it is simply gorgeous. It is full enough that if you don't want ornaments, it would be fine, but there is space enough for decades of collectibles if you are like me (my earliest ornament goes back to 1961 from my Grandma). I would recommend wearing a long sleeve tee shirt and cotton/lycra gardening gloves to "fluff" the branches - start in the back and move forward, and "messy" is OK... Like Mother Nature. I've included a wide picture so you can see scale... This IS a large tree. My hope is that the company makes a 6 or 7-footer in the future so my children can all buy one! My remote didn't work (though the foot pedal did, so I knew the lights were fine) and the company sent a replacement the same day - and it works beautifully. The ability to change from colored to white lights, to blinking and/or fading lights makes this fun for families with small children. We are fans!

First time owning an artificial tree. Bought it before Christmas last year but didnt use it… We went to set it up this year and noticed one of the light connectors was flawed. Plastic was out of shape. So I email the company according to instructions and wait. The next day I get a call from a super nice guy… I explain what the problem is and he decides in about 30 seconds he needs to send me a replacement section… Also, sent another remote and a bonus present… He demanded to rush it out and we got it in 4 days… This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. All of this on top of a top notch quality product that is pretty fancy. Very worth the money when you get the backing of the company. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

This tree shipped fast and did not disappoint. It has a nice shape, lots of light choices, and looks as natural as could possibly be expected. The branches are somewhat scratchy and it took a lot of adjustment to make them look as natural as possible. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that we have only had it a few weeks and it is too soon to tell how well it holds up.

This Christmas tree is absolutely beautiful. The branches are full and well-shaped, giving it a natural look that fits perfectly in our home. It’s a high-quality tree that really stands out and has become the centerpiece of our holiday decor.We purchased it after Christmas last year and when we initially set it up this year, some of the lights weren’t working. While this was disappointing, the company’s customer service team turned it into a positive experience. Their response was immediate and exceptional! Not only did they address our concerns promptly, but they also went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved quickly and completely.We are beyond impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction and can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a beautiful tree and a company that genuinely cares, this is the one to choose. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

Out of the box, this tree is pretty full, branches look good, not many gaps or bare spots (fluffed accordingly), lots of lights, lots of tips. Easy to put together, labeled in 4 different pieces, which also includes labeling of the light connectors (not a power connect device, you must plug each light strand into the preceding one).But I have to rate this very low due to the fact that when it's turned off/on using smart switch (or just unplugging and plugging in), it does not remember the previous color/scene setting. We like to have it on steady white and have a smart switch that controls when it turns on/off along with our other Christmas lights. But this tree does not remember what the last setting was, so it defaults back to "Demo" which is a terribly annoying scene as it just cycles through ALL of the scenes, flashing, blinking, fading, white, multi-color, etc...I will most likely be returning this tree and opt for one that I do not have to leave on the entire Christmas or manually turn on/off using the remote or foot pad.Unless I am completely missing something, I am very disappointed in this tree and would not or cannot recommend.

The team at Liberty was a great group to work with. We had an issue with some of the lights and they went above and beyond to rectify it. Apparently in shipping the trees, sometimes the wire gets caught in the hinges of the branches and that happened to us. The lower section didn't work. Liberty worked over the phone to troubleshoot the problem and sent out a lower section to replace it.When we did get the tree set up, it was full, and it looked great in our living room.
