The media could not be loaded. I'll admit it, I had low expectations on these bits. I stupidly broke a 1/4 shank 1/8" bit and replaced it with these plus a 1/4->1/8 shank adapter. 10 bits for the price of 1 - 1/4 shank bit. With this quality and price I barely even have to pay attention to my settings (kidding)! The video is on my Genmitsu 4040 pro with a Makita router, speed setting 6, 350mm/min advance settings. I have to admit, I don't quite understand chip load yet so use those settings at your own risk.

I was really struggling even using the Amana o flute. I broke four bits the day before these arrived. After I got these, there was no melting, and I had beautiful edges for the next 200 cut outs I did. I’m still using the first bit of the set.

I purchased single flute router bits and received router bits with two flutes. Not at all the same. The quality looks decent for a 2 flute router bit but this was not what was advertised.14MAY18 EDIT - The seller saw my review and insisted on sending me the correct router bits. They are good quality and the single O flute cuts well in plastic, making small but fully formed chips that eject well and do not create a bird's net of plastic filament on the router bit for linear cuts. These aren't drill bits. They can be used for drilling but they'll produce long curled chips when drilling that can attach to the bit. To avoid that problem, use a short peck drilling cycle with each peck of .05" or so. It's a lot slower but a long CNC router job can run unattended for hours when the bit stays clean. These bits are good for plastics up to 3/8" thick. They can cut 1/2 plastic but there isn't much exposed flute to eject the chip. For half inch plastic I use a similar bit from a different seller that has a longer cutting length, but the shorter flute is stiffer so it makes a more precise and clean cut because it doesn't deflect as much at higher feed rates.

I was asked to do a product review of these bits. First of all they are a 1 flute end mill spiral bit. "They are not ball nose." Being said that they cut arylic plastic very fine. I was using ball nose and tried different end mill bits but just wasn't getting the smoothness i was desiring . I used these 1 flute spiral bits at a pretty high feed and and with a small amount o plunge. If you need the exact shoot me a email request. The quality of these are exceptionally well. I done at least a half dozen jobs on a ingle bit and haven't notice any dullness yet. I like the price of these bits. Since I only cut with a small portion of the end of any bit, these smaller bits are ideal for most of my cnc jobs.

I don't usually leave reviews but these bits are just that good that I had to, cuts MDF and Hardwood with ease, will definitely be ordering more.

As others have reported, these bits are way under the claimed 3.175mm cutting diameter. I could compensate for that, if I knew the actual diameter - but I don't have the right equipment to accurately measure a 1-flute bit. You understand that these bits are used for PRECISION MACHINING, right? How do you imagine that anyone can do precision machining with such imprecise tools?At least the bits did a good job of cutting ABS plastic - they didn't suffer a build-up of melted plastic, like other bits that I have tried. But the quality of the cut is completely irrelevant, if the hole is too small for the mating part to fit!
