I am so amazed that I can actually take these and not feel worse afterwards. I have histamine intolerance and regular fish oil pills make me feel like I have the flu. These have no fishy aftertaste, I don't feel awful after taking them and I just feel better overall. These have really made a difference in my health and wellbeing and I am willing to pay the price for these. Also not to mention the brand is much better than store bought brands! I also take their Vitamin D and B capsules!

I have taken other Thorne products in the past, as my naturopath has recommended this brand. I regularly take a fish or krill product for EPA and DHA, so I am trying these out in between what I normally do. Honestly, I do not know if "pre-resolving mediators" means anything different than "works well," but I am willing to give it a go. The nice thing is that you need only take one of these, rather than two or three of most other similar products. These are still relatively large size capsules, but easy enough to swallow. I do not know the effects of taking this yet, and whether or not I will feel any differently taking them further into my course, but I will update later down the road if I notice any differences. I am thinking these will be good for me and my getting older arthritic body!

Took a few weeks before I noticed that my joints &/or muscle inflammation was significantly less. I'll definitely buy it again.

These are great supplements and well worth it but they came all stuck together and I cannot get them out. I’ve shaken it, I’ve used tweezers, they’re really stuck. I’ve popped one trying to get it out. I have no idea if I’ll be able to use what’s left or not. Then it’s an expensive waste.

Thorne is a popular brand with a very strong following. They're typically known for being a respectable and high quality brand for supplements.When I'm looking for supplements there are a few things I look for due to poor regulations of the supplement industry.NSF/Consumer Labs/USP - 3rd party testing to ensure the ingredients listed are actually in the supplement and to ensure that the dosages of those ingredient are in fact what you're getting. This supplement states its manufactured in a 3rd party facility but doesn't state that the product itself is in fact 3rd party tested... On the website, I can find a handful of supplements that are labeled as NSF Sport certified, but not all their products are.GMP - Ensures that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. There isn't any labeling stating this product comes out of a facility is GMP certified however you can find this information on the website.Main ingredients - look for bioavailable, well absorbable forms. This product seems to contain high quality forms of epa/dha and marine lipids.Other ingredients - look for fillers (cellulose, gelatin, stearic acid, stearate, silicon dioxide, etc) , additives, gluten/dairy/yeast/etc if your diet is intolerant.Type - Capsules w/powder or oils absorb better and are more easily digested than the compacted tablets. I try to stick to these forms when choosing pills.Overall I feel like this product is good quality but it lacks some of the clear label markers I personally look for when selecting a product. I don't want to have to google company names and their products as it would be much simpler to just have these markers not he label like many other supplement.There is a hefty price tag associated with this brand. I feel like you're paying for the brand more than the product... Overall there are more affordable options with clear labeling available to consumers.

The terminology "pro-resolving mediators" with reference to inflammatory response and brain structure made me curious about this product. When I received it, I was surprised to see that it is basically very expensive fish oil. As far as I can tell the only thing that sets it apart from what I can get much cheaper elsewhere is the manufacturer's claim that it is somehow better.I've been taking these capsules for a few days in place of my usual fish oil supplement. As with any supplement, it's not easy to measure effectiveness, since the claimed benefits can only be assessed subjectively. I can't imagine how this is worth several times the price of other fish oil supplements, so the best rating I can give this is 3 stars.

Looking at the ingredients, this looks like a high quality and fancier version of fish oil/omega supplements . It looks like the typical fish oil capsules but darker in colour, instead of colour of vegetable oil these are brown'ish amber colour. They are easy to swallow and no fishy smell or taste! I take them instead of of the standard fish oil. Since I take omega once a day I prefer to take one that's high quality.Serving size is one capsule a day. Gluten free.60 caps in the bottle = two months supply.
