Great Kit
Bought as a gift - what a great little kit for someone to 'give it a go'. You don't have to be crafty - instructions included.

Promising
Seen these about in the shops. Had a go and then bought this as my second one. Really enjoyed making it. Would add different decorations to my next one tho. Not for smaller adults unless they are arty and engaging. Everything you need is there. Great value for money

Not for beginners
I bought this as my second attempt at macrame. It is not easy to follow the instructions. They come on a single page and do not explain any of the knots to use. My instruction page looks different to the one now displayed in the advert. I would have liked an explanation of how to tie the knots. Just writing "take the middle four ropes and tie them flat." Followed by " three diamond knots in a row". Does not tell me what to do!On a positive note, there is plenty of rope, the needle is awesome as it has a large eye to thread.

Instructions not good!
Instructions not very good. First hurdle was that 1 x 130 inch strand needed to wrap around the moon. One strand does one side! Luckily there's a lot of spare wool. I'm not stuck on step 7, no idea how to do the inside of the moon in a "net". According to the instructions you string the beads and wrap around, but that doesn't make a net. So I'm stuck! Wool is quite cheap too and unravels

Beginner?
The kit says for beginners but for example one instruction says tie a corn knot. No idea what that is so will have to google that. I specifically bought this as it said beginner so would not recommend. Oh and you need your own glue as well. Would not buy again.

Arrived just in a bag, wool is nice and thick. Will try it out later.

NOT a Beginners Kit!!
Like a lot of other buyers I am very disappointed with this kit.No clear instructions on how to tie the knots! and considering it is meant to be a starter set they don't even supply the glue that is needed for the first steps.Very frustrating when they mention tutorial video too as no mention of where to find it!
