Okay, I read the reviews before I made this purchase and now here is the straight scoop.This faucet came super well boxed. No way was this thing going to break open during shipping. Inside the box, all the components were vacuum sealed down to sheets of cardboard. Super secure, NOTHING is going to shift or scratch or fall out of the box. The faucet is heavy duty stuff. I read other reviews that said the faucet leaks..... NOPE, those reviews were written by people that over tightened the O-rings. You never over tighten an O-ring. That will crush the thing and create the leak. This faucet is NOT some crappy chrome plated plastic. It's stainless steel and I think the main body is chrome plated brass or copper? I did see the specifics in the product description when I read it a week ago. Anyway, this is a solid built heavy duty faucet. It really is well made which is why I'm taking the time to let you guys know. I did try to post a few picks of the faucet gasket seats so yall could see, but apparently I don't know how to set permissions on my phone to allow access to my gallery. End result, I'm really happy with this purchase.

My wife went to chef school and spent years working in the food industry, so I built her a commercial kitchen in our house, using mostly used commercial equipment. The prep sink that I found was in great shape, but did not have a sprayer like our 3 compartment sink, and my wife really wanted one. All the used sprayer/ faucets I kept finding were in pretty bad shape, so I took my chances on this new one. Very glad I did! Several reviews state that this faucet is very hard to assemble, and is prone to leaking. Well, there are many pieces to put together, and with so many pieces it might be easy to forget a washer or a gasket, or to miss tightening a connection or 2, but anyone familiar with basic plumbing should have no problem doing a successful install. Every part is very well machined, and they even included a bag full of replacement washers and gaskets. I would definitely buy again if needed!

This is a piece of junk. It leaks all over the place. Used teflon tape, used plumbers putty. It leaks from the faucet, it leaks from the connections, it leaks from the sprayer. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT A REALLY LEAKY PIECE OF JUNK.

Badly machined parts, incomplete gasket seats. Looks good on the outside, but the inside is a horror show. Pixelated and useless assembly diagram. Supply shanks not included. Leaked like crazy. If you don’t have a bottle of anaerobic threadsealant on hand, you’ll be sorry.
