Yes it will work on any Iphone se model, but only the se because the connector ribbon on the battery is different for the se.

What is the battery life like for all of you that replaced their battery in 2020 or earlier?

So far, battery percentage life is still at 100%

Does this battery support IOS upgrades?

I'm not 100% sure, but the battery health report in my "Settings" indicates 100% (after a few weeks of being installed). The charts of charge status over time look perfectly normal and certainly better than before the replacement. I'm happy! OTOH, I'm just looked and am on iOS 15.7.6, and am just now requesting the newly available iOS 15.7.7 - as I understand the latest OS currently supported on this phone.
