I dont have a cast, but need my foot wrapped. Im a size 8-9 and ordered a Medium, perfect size. Everything is super adjustable, velcro is strong, and the plastic boot for showering is high quality and came with a roll of medical tape also. Shipped quickly. Very happy all around with this product!

Uncomfortable
I liked the two straps on the shoe because they were adjustable. Also I liked the strap around the back of the heel that was adjustable. Once the top straps are adjusted for comfort it is then only necessary to open the back strap when putting the shoe on or taking it off. However, the shoe is well made but the sole of the shoe is very hard which makes it uncomfortable.

Works Good For Me
I PURCHASED TWO OF THESE SHOES FOR SERIAL CASTING FOR MY SON , WHO RUNS EVERYWHERE , I WASN'T SURE THAT THEY WOULD STAY FASTENED , HOWEVER I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED THAT THEY HELD UP AND PERFORMED WELL FOR OUR SHORT EXCURSIONS . MEET OUT NEEDS . AND SEEMED VERY COMFORTABLE FOR HIM .
