I needed a swiveling armless desk chair to sit cross-legged at a laptop desk and this one not only fits the bill, it goes beyond in looks and comfort. Looks-wise, you can't get any better than the fantastic mossy green soft, velvety fabric and Midcentury styling. The cushion is more firm than squishy, which works well for a desk chair, but also doubles as a comfy accent chair. At the chair's lowest height, I cannot reach the floor comfortably with my feet, but that's to be expected with every chair in the universe (hence why I needed a cross-legged chair). However, the ottoman can go even lower than the chair, which makes it double as a nice stool low enough for my feet to reach the floor. The stationary bases are nice and it looks like wheels could be added later if needed. The chair and ottoman and lightweight and sturdy, so they are easy to move when necessary.

It doesn't feel that sturdy sitting in it but it's comfy and I really enjoy sitting crossed legged. I've been wanting this for awhile and so glad I got it. Easy to assemble. Seems fairly stable. Not cheaply made but not well made. Kinda meet in the middle chair.

I never sit like a normal human is supposed to with both feet on the floor. I always have one leg tucked up, or sit cross-legged, or some other weird way. THIS CHAIR IS PERFECT. It's as close as you can get to having a sofa at your desk, and the ottoman allows even more weird sitting positions than I had previously imagined. I was worried that I'd stub my toe on the metal base, but so far I've escaped unscathed.If you're thinking about - just do it. This chair is high quality (so far, a few months in no issues), comfortable, and looks great. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

i tend to fidget a lot when i have to sit for long periods of time, but i also have to sit for long periods of time for both my job and school. this chair is GREATit allows me to sit with my feet up, in crisscross, propped, or however. it is also a comfortable amount of plush that i do not feel "butt-sore" as fast. i personally do not usually need the pillow, but it is nice to have.my only issue with this chair is, because it does not have wheels, sometimes it is hard to move the chair into the most comfortable spot while i work. it is also heavier than my desk, so i often push my desk instead of the chair on accident, but that is a learning curve i will have to get used to.

A few months in, the vertical height adjuster broke. It only sits at the lowest height now. Sad because it still looks good and it relatively comfortable.

I love the look of this chair and the comfort/versatility of sitting options with the foot stool. However, it will not stay at the highest setting and will slowly lower while sitting in it. Also, it makes a loud metal creaking noise whenever I lean back in it. The chair itself feels sturdy, but overall I am not sure it is worth it for the price.

Great quality chair, not squeaky at all. Easy to assemble

After using it for a few weeks, having wheels at least on the chair would be beneficial. If it was 1-2 inches taller I could over look the lack of wheels. It's not a great chair to use with a desk for me.I like the wide seat and the color.It's not a perfect find but good value.
