Cool amp
Works great, as beginner guitarist I like it. I don't have room for pedals so this I good for now.

Good value for money.
Nice little piece of kit. The effects are okay but the wah mode is comically weird. At highest volume, my ears are in no danger. Build quality is quite good, and the design works well with my CBGs. Operation is simple and intuitive, butI'd prefer more volume.

Terrible Sound Quality
I wanted to like this item a lot. I've used another similar item/brand that required AAA batteries. I thought this would be ideal because it had 1) a rechargeable battery 2) the ability to connect external audio via Bluetooth for rehearsing with premade tracks and songs.Aside from the convenience of portability, this unit falls short in almost every category. The Bluetooth-connected audio is weak, and tinny, with no presence or bass. NO Bass is heard at all. One would think that the Bluetooth connection would be essentially flawless because it is only picking up the signal from the transmitting device -- in my case and iPhone 12 -- and pushing it out to the connected headphones or earbuds. I am using performance-quality in-ear monitors. These are the same I use on stage and are precise in capturing exactly what is delivered to them. Both guitar and bass were distorted at every volume when using the clean channel. I set the basses I have that have preamps into passive mode for rehearsing. No improvement was noted. There are much better options for this style of product. Look for the name brands and avoid this one. The built-in effects might be appealing, but I assure you that they provide little benefit to this poorly engineered device.

Amplifies fine, effects could be better
For practicing electric guitar (or bass) without disturbing those around you, this headphone amp serves its purpose. The clean, undistorted amplification setting is decent. You get some hum at higher volumes, likely related to the pickups/electronics of your instrument. But the other effects settings are kind of lame, to be honest. The reverb/distortion isn't much of either. Chorus is ok, but has latency and makes your notes sound out of tune. The wah wah and crunchy distortion are both just bad: former is low volume and high cycle swishy, the latter is overdriven even at low volume settings. But I guess any particular guitar pedal that has a dedicated effect will set you back more than the cost of this amp, so one really can't expect much in terms of effects quality. Still, it's kind of fun to play with the lo-fi sounds, and the clean amp is worthwhile, better than cheaper options.

High quality
Excellent especially for the price. It sounds amazing and is perfect for practice. The Bluetooth feature is only for input to play along with music so you still need a wire to your headphones and you would likely have to spend more to get that feature. The effects sound good. It’s a great way to improve because you will hear even the smallest mistake.
