such a huge help when out on cold nights
I bought this for camping and walking my dog on cold nights. so far, 10/10, and it give support to my bad back

Misses didn’t like straight off, only 2 months in, so I’ll give another update in a yr
If I had got this delivered 2 days later when that time hit I would imagine I would have had a better response… but we live and learn, she must enjoy as it’s plugged by her phone charger 😂

It is stupid to have because it can’t be used to help you if it’s not plugged in so it’s limiting you to being comfortable because you have to lay a certain way causing less comfort

Need battery pack to
By the looks of it, it needs a battery pack to operate it as no where for it to store power without a power bank attached.does not come with any instructions. Crap packaging.

Bluetooth does NOT work
The heat pad will not connect to Bluetooth and overall quite disappointed with this product
