Pretty Amazing for the Price !!!!
**BACKGROUND**: After Years of waiting ( mostly to see when micro-LED Technology would be firmly established and the price not too insane ), we got ourselves a 75QNED90 LG Living Room TV. Awesome TV, but just so-so sound. Dialog wasn't sharp enough ( for my old ears ) and often buried by background noise/music. Anything with any significant Bass sounded "rubbery". I thought we could go all discreet components ( AV Receiver and at least three somewhat decent speakers, no sub ), but my lady didn't want to see all that, so no joy there. I had Never heard a Soundbar that I thought sounded decent before, but it seemed to be the only way to solve our sound problems. **SHOPPING**: Started reading and reading and stumbled on VIZIO's V51x-J6, after reading dozens of on-line articles, blogs and Amazon Reviews. I had started looking for a 3.0 or 3.1 soundbar, but kept coming back to the VIZIO V51x-J6. The reviews ALL seemed to REALLY LIKE THE CLEAR DIALOG CENTER CHANNEL, which has it's own level adjustments !!! That and the Really Great PRICE had me "looking at it hard". I kept trying to find anything better for under $300 and I could not, so I bought one. **SETUP**: Set it up last night. Easy Setup. TV feeding the VIZIO via ARC, the VIZIO pretty much did everything, all by itself. I had to press the two power buttons, to sync the wireless sub with the sound bar, but that was about it !!! Our ROKU Ultra Remote ( which had been controlling everything in the room ) still did !!!! *****RESULTS*****: It started out-of-the-box Way Better than the TV Sound. A little fiddling using the VIZIO Remote ( IT is Excellent, with LOTS of adjustments ) and we soon had a Brilliant Soundscape !!!! We spent several hours listening to all sort of music, tv, movies and YouTube videos, adjusting a bit here and there. AWESOME SOUND !!!!! ...especially for the Price - Sound Way Better Than I could have Hoped For, at a Price that made us both Very Happy !!!! The only ( tiny ) flaw is the sub, which is a bit "thumpy" on certain rock music tunes, and altogether Too Present above the rest of the mix. We turned it down to the lowest setting, and it's fine... Pretty good actually. Listening to stand up bass on Bluegrass, then electric bass on some Albert King+SRV tunes, you could actually Clearly Hear every bass note being played ( versus the usual clumps of mushy, muddy, pounding bass that come out of most Subs ). SWEET SOUND, GREAT PRICE. Should have done this a long time ago !!! Will post again if anything new happens, but on day-two, WE ARE REALLY, REALLY HAPPY !!!!!! - Don&Deb -

Awesome Soundbar!
I bought this soundbar for my 40 something inch Vizio TV that I use in my living room. This TV in particular seems to have speakers only on the back of the TV which means even with the TV sound turned all the way up the sound quality was terrible and I could barely hear a thing! It sounded like my TV was in a box! It was absolutely neccessary for me to purchase a soundbar.I wanted a nice middle of the road soundbar that would give me a good listening experience but that wasn't some big investment and I did a bit of research on them before ultimately deciding just to give this one a try. It came quickly and was packed very well. It was actually quite a bit of work to get it out of its manufacturing package.I was able to mount it below my TV that is on a rolling TV stand and place the subwoofer in the back of the room on the floor in a stationary place. The soundbar is the perfect size for my 40 something inch tv and has a great sleek look. It seems to be made very well and is comparable to any other soundbar I've ever seen in person. The subwoofer is also not too big or too small and it's not very noticeable at all sitting on the floor in the back of my room. It's very reasonably sized and blends in well. The only thing I don't like about the subwoofer is that the power cord plugs into the front of the subwoofer which looks pretty dumb. The remote it comes with works well. The soundbar is easy to figure out and use and the sound quality so far has been great. It really changes my whole experience when watching my TV. It makes me feel like I'm in a movie theatre.Being that this soundbar was very reasonably priced, is of great quality and has great sound I am 100% happy with my choice to purchase this specific soundbar and I think anyone else would be as well.

Must make speaker adjustments and customize settings to your liking.
An avid audio/video file since the 80s, I owned plenty of hi end equipment. I had an AV processor that controlled my speakers for watching movies. It kicked, you can feel the bass pumping through your body. Over the years they created smaller, self contained SS systems with tiny speakers and sub woofers that were clearly lacking, and could not handle volume above mid point before distortion set in. It was really frustrating. I stopped buying them altogether because o haven’t found one that excites me and can enhance my viewing experience, until now. This Viseo V Series 5.2 packs a punch, at both low and high volume. My dialogue, which comes from the center speaker on the soundbar, was too low. If I increased the volume, everything was too loud. Adjustments were clearly needed. I knew this system was capable, I just didn’t know how. By pressing Level on the remote, you can cycle through the component you want to adjust. I found dialogue, hit the plus sign, but wasn’t able to tell if I’m actually increasing it. I was expecting a number of 1 to 10 on the LCD but received no indication I did anything. I then realized there’s a vertical band of LEDS on the soundbar. Every time I pressed + on the remote, the vertical LEDs on the soundbar would jump one towards the top. Now I have a visual that tells me what I’m changing, and whether I’m decreasing or increasing. I next went to center speaker, which was at the mid way point on the sound bar. I think all speakers are at the midway point. I simply increased that and have it a test run. Now I can hear dialogue, and when SS or music kicks in, it doesn’t overpower the dialogue. Perfecto!! You can customize the volume, treble, bass, and balance/fade any way you wish. This is vital in setting up your surround system. Trust me on this. I highly recommend. It does not handle some encoded formats like DTS Plus, but that’s easily fixable. I used HDMI arc, not digital optical to connect.
