This product is amazing. I've been using this product from July until October so far, this product goes a long way! I use it with yogurt. I followed the instructions by brushing with yogurt first then applying the paste made with this powder and plain yogurt and not rinsing. it tastes amazing. I bought this product because I have a cavity growing under my gumline, under a filling. When I first found my cavity it had a horrid smell. This product takes the smell away. The smell came back every morning but I oil pull, brush, take cod liver oil, high vitamin butter and apply this product. I do the oil pull, cod and butter oil and regrow product maybe 3 times a day and floss 3 times a day. after the first month of my daily habbits the smell reduced tremendously. I made a dentist appointment after my first month using it. The dentist told me my cavity is unfixable basically. He poked it and it was very painful. I made a follow up appointment a month later. So now we are on month 2 of using this product daily. The smell reduced even more to almost nothing(still doing my daily habits of products) and he poked the cavity and asked if I felt any pain. There was no pain! No smell! He said "oh I guess the stuff stuck in your cavity came out" but I didn't tell him about my new oral habits. So the cavity is still there but it is healing! It heals with time slowly but this regrow product first of all goes a long way and it will be a part of my daily oral habits for as long as it is on the market and I highly recommend it. I've noticed in photographs my teeth are noticeably whiter. I use to Photoshop my teeth white and I haven't had to do that at all!! My gums use to bleed and they do not bleed anymore! My boyfriend can't smell my breath and my cavity is healing. I also talked to the owner of this growing company and she is so sweet and pleasant and even followed up after I didn't respond in time. I been having issues with my teeth for a while now. Because of acidity ( I guess from my stomach) and grinding them, besides being sensitive, there’s not much of enamel left on my teeth😔I stopped using fluoride for 6 months now. Fluoride is so bad for your teeth. A friend of mine did an experiment where he put his pulled tooth in a glass with fluoride and within a few weeks, tooth desegregated. I am sure using fluoride for all the years played a number on my teeth.And whenever I went to the dentist, he always asked me what am I eating/drinking that my enamel is disappearing. Yes, the first thing I tried to improve my digestion and stop acid reflux.And so I was looking for something to remineralize my teeth and make them stronger. I read so many amazing reviews about REGROW.So I been using it for a few weeks now and I absolutely LOVE it! It’s absolutely Amazing!I love the way it makes my teeth feel- stronger, brighter, whiter and less sensitive. and I think it also removes plague and tartar. I mix it with yogurt, brush and leave it in my mouth for a while, by swishing it around. When I spit it out, I do not rinse with water. Only a few weeks using it, but I definitely see and feel the difference. I love the scent of this powder and all the natural ingredients.Absolutely an Amazing product!I believe by continue using it consistently, my teeth will be remineralized and be much stronger!!Also when you order it, it comes with an instruction paper. There’s also a recommendation for water pick, which I want to get, as it’s better for teeth than regular dental floss. I bought this because I've really been neglecting my teeth lately. I've had 3 babies in the past 4 years and from laziness and just being distracted by other priorities, I haven't been keeping up with flossing or dentist visits. I'm also afraid to go to the dentist because I'm scared they are going to give me some very bad news....so I figured I would use this for a few months first before going :-D heheI've been using it for over a week now and what I have noticed is that I have less pain while flossing. There are a couple back teeth that when I would floss there, I would have super sensitivity even to the point where I'd cringe. Ever since I started using this, that pain is gone and I have zero bleeding while flossing now.I can't say whether or not this product is remineralizing my teeth since I don't know if my teeth have cavities or need remineralizing. It would've been nice to know the condition of my teeth when starting this but as I mentioned, I haven't been to the dentist.As far as whiteness....I feel like my teeth look whiter but I don't know if it's in my head (placebo affect) or if they truly are whiter. I should've taken a before picture but since I didn't necessarily get this product to whiten my teeth, whitening isn't really a priority. Definitely a perk if it does though.The whole brushing with yogurt is something I had to get used to, as well as "not rinsing"....but I have to say, it's been great and my mouth feels super clean despite not rinsing the yogurt/powder mix out of my mouth. I do miss that "pepperminty" zesty flavor of store bought toothpaste, so I started to add just a drop or two of peppermint and another essential oil (called Protect) when I brush. I bought these a while back when I was making my own homemade toothpaste.I will post another update in a month or so.

Much better alternative to toothpaste, when used as directed it really works well to whiten your teeth. My only problem was the bottle. I’m glad it came in a glass jar, but it should have some kind of a little shaker on it so you don’t keep dipping your toothbrush into it and spreading germs. Other than that, it’s excellent and at last quite a long time.
