Good product with sensible design for carrying when not on the bike. These pannier bags do look as if they are waterproof as described, but having only just received them, I cannot vouch for this at present.

Overall very good bag. Only complaint is the paneer connectors. Instead of a metal clip connecting the bag to the side of the paneer like the majority of bags, it has fabric quick release straps used elsewhere on the bag and these straps double up as shoulder strap connections when used off the bike. So when you come to fasten/unfasten the bag you get grease/dirt on your hands from the bike and then all over your nice new bag. Also, the top clips are on the large side and therefor on the loose side for my paneer. To possibly cater for this the manufacturers have put another fastener on the top which will hold it at little bit firmer - you can see it on the picture with some string attached to it. This string will allow you to pull a release clip which goes through 90 degrees to lock/unlock the bag. If you remove the bag quite often then this will fail very quickly.

Have been using these for daily commute for just over 4 months. So far excellent. Versatile and durable. Very waterproof even in heavy showers. I need two bags so being able to convert one into a backpack is great. I wouldn't want to climb a hill wearing it, but for a 5 min walk from bike to office or a 20 min walk around the shops it's perfect.

Nice enough but has plastic parts so of the bag is heavy sure enough it’ll break. Doesn’t feel secure at all. But fits fine on bike and water resistant which is great

I've put in a return for this, as the straps started falling apart immediately.The bag material and design seems fairly good, but the stitching is terrible.One of the arm straps was held to the top with just a couple of loose stitches, and the other end just slipped right out of the fold. If anything, I'm glad it was SO bad, so I got a warning not to rely on it before sending it out on my kid's bike to school this morning.It has a LOT of straps, with no included way to secure them. As a result, I can imagine them going into the wheel, chain, sprocket, derailleur, etc.

Steady, easy to use, waterproof and looks good. I wish it was more conformatable as a backpack, but on the bike is great.

Great idea, well thought out design and built well. Converts to and from a backpack easily and quickly but it can be uncomfortable as a backpack when worn over long distances.

The quality of the straps isnt very good, after using it for the first time I noticed the sewing for the one the straps has un threaded. The clip for attachment to a rack isn't the best either and can easily come un hooked if knocked. The bottom of the bag isn't flat either so it tends to want to rub against the wheel too. I would recommend going with a different brand
