Q: are theses Electronic Wire Cutters ? some one please help

These have been perfect on all the wires I have used up to 1.5mm. I havent used wire thicker than that so can't say better than that. They are sharp and cut quite flush. Perfect for my jewellery needs.

This wire cutter can be used to cut copper and aluminium wire≤4mm², iron wire of Φ≤1mm, PCB board, plastic burrs, jewellery craft, soft metals, not steel wires.
