I'm keepimg it.
Purchased this 85" monster a month ago. I was a little concerned at first because of a weak column of pixels, but the problem disappeared over the next few days. Next, it is clear, bright, and a pleasure to view Netflix, Prime, etc. The remote is well laid out and easy to use - other than entering search items (consider adding a USB keyboard). That aside, never had a television this large before. It's like being in a theater, with more comfortable seats. Sound is good, but I wish I had taken Amazon's suggestion and added the soundbar for a more theater sound. Nevertheless, this draws me out of my cave (Samsung 65") and am spending more time watching TV with my W-O-M-A-N, (Troglodyte. Music please!) which puts something of a smile on her face. She's happy. I'm happy. Five stars!

Still going strong today
Very nice TV. Got this years ago when it was a LOT more money. Still working great and going strong today.

Great TV and worth it.
TV was delivered a day early. Great picture and sound. I use the "Amplify" option for better sound quality. At some point during set up, it may seem like you need to take a class to figure some options out, but it gets easier the more you find things like accessing the HDMI outputs.

Solid all around TV, but not great for Sports
I was looking for a solid TV under $1500, and after looking into oleds and neo qleds I didn’t want to spend more than $2500 for a 75” TV. So I went with the Samsung 75” Q80B. I had this TV for a week, looks great watching 4K movies on Disney+, Amazon Prime, Netflix. At times picture looks clear and solid, but when the action picks up, it can get a little pixelated, fuzzy, but hardly noticeable. During dark sense like watching Star Wars, the picture could be hard to see, even when watching at night, but overall it’s not bad. I was using the apps to stream on the TV and also with Apple TV (2nd gen), seems the quality looked better on board TV apps. The overall TV experience was great, the TV was easy to set up, the screen is huge and bright and it sounds really good too, remote easy to use, I recommend 2 people to help hang it on a mount for install it’s very heavy for one person. I would have kept the TV but I didn’t like it when watching sports, the action was a bit too grainy and pixelated for me, I tried adjusting the settles and lowering contrast but I couldn’t get it dialed in, enough for me to just send it back and buy the next Samsung up. I upgraded to the 75” QN90B so far that TV doesn't have these small issues, but did have to spend the extra money to satisfy my needs. I think if you need an upgrade and your on a budget the Q80B will be a nice upgrade for you, but if you have the extra cash, go with QN models. 4stars for Q80B not great for watching sports.

Great TV with excellent picture quaity
I bought this to replace an LG OLED 65" TV in my great room. The LG was moved to another room. I can't see any difference between the image on this TV and LG OLED. The TV's OS is fast and responsive. I usually watch TV at night in mostly darkened room. This TV has very good dynamic range and contrast. The blacks are very black and bright colors don't bleed into the darker sections. There is no blurring on motion.I use this with my Denon AVR through the ARC connection. The sound comes through great.

Great size, quality, price
Have had a lot of Samsung TVs and have always been satisfied, same with this one. Good quality and price for the size. Took some fiddling with the picture settings (of which there are MANY options) to get it to look the way we prefer - out of the box, compared to our old Samsung, the picture looked a bit too high contrast, but we were able to adjust to what we wanted in about 5 minutes of playing with the options.

My Son Loves This TV
This TV is awesome. I get home from work at ~5 o'clock and usually mickey mouse club house is playing on this bad boy. Man does it look AMAZING. Then, right before bath time we watch Toy Story or Finding Nemo. Again, they look AMAZING. Then, once he goes to bed 8/8:30, I get to watch what I want to for about an hour before I walk the dogs and go to bed for work in the morning. 10/10 would buy again.

DON’T UPDATE THE TV FIRMWARE
Started the set up and everything was fine until I selected to update the firmware. Then the remote stopped working. I spent hours on chat with Samsung techs where they tried their best to make it look like they were trying to help. One said I should set the remote in the sunshine for a day. Comes down to the fact the software is incompatible with the remote and they will send you a new remote in only ten to twenty days. They should fix the software! Looking online, there are lots of people with this same issue. I have guests coming for the week between Christmas and New Years and I have an inert TV. You can’t do anything until you get through the set up. This might be a nice TV but I won’t know until after Christmas.I found that Amazon sells a remote for 13 bucks that will allow you to set up the TV and use it. It’s made by Kaedent. I finally did get the remote from Samsung about January 7th. Amazon made it right. Samsung clearly couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction if there is an issue.
