The shapes slide even on the complex hence 3 Stars.
I have hundreds of puzzle games and just finished Kanoodle Cosmic which also has 200 puzzles but the solutions are not given in the booklet....no cheating then !With Ubongo travel set the plastic shapes are a bit on the thin side and tend to slide off even on the dimpled surface and that can be annoying.If eyesight is an issue then beware because the placement of the tiles is printed at the bottom of each card and is very small as is the colour /shape of tiles ....confusing .Yes, it is a travel set and small however, maybe it is just me being picky!Unfortunately the box was torn but I found a cloth bag to put the game in.Sorry, three stars because of eyestrain!

Family favorite
My whole family plays this game. My five and seven-year-old can play it independently and it’s fun to play all together. It’s compact and sturdy and we love this game.
