It's THAT easy... Plug n Play
Absolutely the easiest setting up, IF you can call it that. All I did was plug it in!

The Perfect Deskphone for Teams Softphones
This phone works perfectly for my needs. No device sign-in, just a simple USB connection and rings when the user signed in on computer is called. Great for spots where multiple people sign-in and out of the PC, but only the person signed in will have the phone ring. Works even when users lock their screen, and computer is asleep (this does not apply to a hibernation state). The biggest con (which brings it down to 4 star), so far all calls come in as "PC Softphone". So there's no caller ID through the display. It still does what we want, but it would be nice if it displayed who's calling particularly for internal calls.Works perfectly with the headsets we also use (WH6X MS Teams Series).

Works good for Teams but NOT as a VOIP Phone
I knew when I ordered this phone it was primarily for Teams, which I use it for and it works fine with some limitations. I was hoping to figure out a way to make it work with RingCentral as well, but haven't figured that out yet because this is not like a standard VOIP phone. For Teams, I have used it both connected via Bluetooth and connected via USB. Either way you can;t answer the call on the phone. Basically, the phone is just a speaker and a microphone to your computer. You will likely need a USB C adapter unless your computer is fairly new.

Virtually Useless
This phone looks VERY sleek... practically though... yeah, NOT so much!

I used different phone to be connected on the wall.
This beautiful phone apparently just works with the computer for online meetings. I ordered for my reception and couldn’t connect it on the wall. It might work perfectly fine with the computer. I am not sure how this phone works.
