I’m a big coffee drinker so this has helped me incorporate whitening into my daily routine. I haven’t been using it very long so I can’t comment on the long-term effects, but I’m certainly seeing some improvement from daily use.The only thing I’m not a fan of is the taste which takes time to get used to. Maybe the taste comes from the whitening solution within so it can’t be helped, but it would be nice to see an improvement in the taste.

Love the taste and it does the job. Will definitely buy this again.

I'm not sure it's whitening and the flavours a bit "off" for me... it has a citrus underrone to it, leaves me needing to rinse with water

Had to have a deep clean from dentist about 3 years ago. Have had two basic cleans since then , but no cleans from dentist on last 2 visits. My dentist mentioned flouride mouth rinse, I thought I would try and get flouride and whitening rinse, and vegan. Found Waken, and have probably used it for around 2 years. I rinse in morning after cleaning teeth, keep it in my mouth for at least 30 seconds, and don’t have anything to eat/drink for half hour afterwards. All I know is I have not required a basic clean now at the dentist for a year, so can only presume it works. I have not used the Waken toothpaste as well, but would think now that it would have been worthwhile to use it in my dental routine.
