I do regret buying this system and wish I could return it now I'm more clued up on wireless cctv setups.Due to living in a brick house with RSJ beams wifi signals can be tricky, so I set this system up so the nvr and cameras don't have a direct WiFi connection, instead each component connects to my mesh WiFi setup to give consistent WiFi reception everywhere in and around the home.But I've had so many issues with the cameras that come in the kit to the point where I've had enough and I'm binning them. Luckily I've only used them in low level easy access locations... I pitty those that have used them at roof level and found they need access after installation to do a hard reset which means calling out installers or getting the ladders out again.Fortunately the NVR is onvif compatible so I've bought much higher quality amran cameras to use with the hiseeu nvr without much issue in the way of setting up and compatibility.Hiseeu Camera image quality for the price point is fine for monitoring property but you'd struggle to ID anyone at night. The two way speaker/ mic is also OK.In terms of technical support I was emailing Johnny quite oftern he was quick to respond until he became fed up and passed me over to someone called Jason who wasn't much help at all, if you have issues beyond the user manuals scope sadly they're not a great deal of helpI've lost interest in hiseeu products period and will steer clear. I'll continue to use the NVR as it's functional and does a decent job.Lessened learned here... buy cheap, buy twice.

I purchased this on the reviews left, I had to get someone in to install this at a cost of £200, to find out it is extreamly poor quality. The camera's keep going offline and these are the nearest one's.It's only been up and running for 48 hours. Instructions are poor at best and require a complete revamp, next to no trouble shooting, tried to run the windows application and it would not run at all, installed app for Android and it would not connect at all. All I could get was Offline Message.Could not connect to Cloud.All in all bad and costly experience. lets see how I get on with the refund on Item, as I'll never be able to get the installation cost back.I've worked out the camera issue, It's not signal! It's the infrared on the cell's, they stop working as I managed to prove by introducing light to the area where the camera's are and the picture restores take it away and the picture disappears.

Yes you could buy a system which is more expensive and maybe has a slightly higher picture quality but to be honest is shelling out another £200 on the top of this price worth it? Probably not.Pretty easy installation. Wireless so not much in the way of messy wires except the power cables for each camera.You can also use each camera as its own WiFi extender for those hard to reach WiFi areas in the house. This is something I suffer with purely due to the length of the house and double bricked ewardian design which kills WiFi signals.I have waited until I have given this system a full road test before reviewing.It does sometimes suffer with a bit of lag but I put this down to my terrible WiFi. Picture quality is good. When the camera goes into night vision mode, the camera outside displays a menacing red ring around the lens, a fantastic deterent.Comes with a mobile app which can be used to look at the cameras, I have yet to figure out how to get alerts on my phone but this is simply down to me not giving it enough time to figure it out.Additional cameras can be added as there are 8 slots available. 4 cameras provided which I think is spot on to give a decent coverage. I have 3 of the 4 outside. I have waited to see if rain would wreck these cameras but after 3 months it doesn't appear to have caused any issues. I live in Cumbria so uts constantly wet so take this as a decent road test of being waterproof!Overall its a decent system for a good price. You can read reviews and people will high both good and bad points. I fully expected for this to be terrible as its the cheaper end of the market.... I was wrong

I searched through loads of these systems before purchasing this one i did. I was extremely surprised at the quality of the product when it arrived. It was carefully packed and i could not believe just how well made everything was. Setting it up from the box was so easy, you just plug it in connect to your wifi and once the cameras are plugged in they are detected automatically on you your TV or monitor. Colour quality is just that , Quality!! The night vision turned to black and white but is exceptionally clear with no distortion and looks just like day time.I downloaded the app Eseecloud that comes with the instructions, Works absolutely brilliantly on my Mobile and iPad and Whilst i was way recently i was able to view the cameras, take recording and camera shots.Its not very often i recommend anything to anyone but i am making the exception with this one it is not to missed and i would most certainly recommend this product to anyone.Fantastic is all i can really say.

Bought this system to replace an older failing system and it did not disappoint! I mounted the cameras in the positions the old cameras were in so no new drilling of holes for the power cables (they are wireless but of course still need to be powered) I even used the existing power supplies off the old system and kept the new ones to one side in case of future power supply failures.Right away I noticed the quality of the camera pictures were a marked improvement on my old system. The NVR receiver found the cameras in seconds and the feed was steady and reliable. Night vision from these cameras is excellent again an improvement on my old system.Would recommend.
