Use for sore muscles
This woks good. Just don't mix it with other types of pain relief gels or spray on. You may cause a chemical reaction and cause a burn.

I prefer the rollers
It kinda sucks having it on your hands. i imagined that might feel good but nah, doesn't do a thing. I'm guessing because hand is all tendons not muscle.So then it's on your hand and you have to be careful not to touch face.it's a good product if you need the gel, but for me the roller is better and it's why it gets 4 stars.

Works well
Works well for back muscles that clamp up from a vertebrae issue I have.This does have the menthol type odor, but as I usually use this at night, I actually like the decongestant properties that that menthol has - as my sinuses are often stuffy from allergies.This was a “perk-free” review.

Very cooling and effective
This gel was introduced to me when I had physical therapy after having surgery on my shoulder a few years ago. It was very cooling and effective in relieving my pain and muscle soreness. I recently bought it to help with muscle soreness after my daily brisk walks and stretching exercises. It really works for me. I highly recommend it.
