Q: Can it run on wire while plugged into USB (when battery is low)?

No the instructions say it can only be used cordless. It charges from empty to full in 4 hours. In my experience after a few minutes it has enough charge to shave.

Q: I've used this 3 times and its making my neck really sore.Replenish balm and vaseline isn't working. Any suggestions?

Foil shavers are meant to be a lot kinder to the skin, I'd go there.

Q: Will this cope with 10 days growth?

I don't know about 10 days growth but it handles 5 days know problem

Q: Does the shaver come with charger.?

No Chalky, it comes with an adaptor which plugs into a 2 pin socket - like a shaver socket
