Biofreeze Menthol Pain Relieving Spray 16 FL OZ Colorless Spray For Pain Relief Associated With Sore Muscles, Arthritis, Simple Backaches, And Joint Pain (Packaging May Vary)

I have been buying this amazing pain-relieving product for years now and there are several reasons for that.1. It relieves the pain in a reasonable amount of time, without the use of pills/NSAIDS, which can be dangerous to the filtration organs (kidneys, liver, etc).2. It comes in several forms, and you can buy it in smaller bottles so you can have it on you at all times.3. The ingredients are mostly natural and less likely to be a danger to your life.I use this almost everywhere. My wrists give me problems and then I spray this stuff on and in a short while I'm like, "what bum wrists?".My back hurts and I hand the spray bottle to the hubs and he showers this incredible little remedy on me and in a few short minutes I am back doing the things that need doing, which is a lot since I have 2 kids and a dog. It's changed my life, because even when I have a headache, instead of popping dangerous, side-effect-rich pills, I dab some directly on the headache spot (do NOT get this in your eyes, be careful!) and quickly feel an improvement. Some of it is just the distraction of the cooling sensation, but whatever the cause, I immediately feel a calming relief, and am grateful to have found this line of products. Mostly, I use the spray, but the Biofreeze people also make a blue-green gel, and some other incarnations of the same idea. The bottle of spray with me right now, it contains 10% menthol, but the gel has less menthol, and the other types might contain a different amount. I prefer the 10%. A big spray bottle will last longer than you expect.I have not noticed any negative side effects, and I even use it more than they recommend, which is 4 times a day at most. If you find yourself with back pain, but nobody to Biofreeze your poor back, position the bottle upright, over your shoulder (sans shirt) and spray. I have done this in a pinch. I cannot say a bad thing about this product, and it has preserved my kidneys as well, helping me avoid pills.Thanks for the great product. Somewhat expensive, but have you priced kidney damage recently?

I have been unable to locate Biofreeze in the pump spray, and was very pleased to locate it on Amazon. I would have liked to have the smaller bottle, but can use this larger one to refill the smaller size. I have tried the aerosol spray, and did not care for it as much, and it seemed to run out faster.

Strong pain relief

For me the spray was better than roll-on. The roll-on seemed to get gunked up. The $ value of the spray was awesome.

The spray bottle is convenient & the product gives temporary relief when needed.

I was first introduced to Biofreeze spray after having a massage at a local Massage Envy for back and neck pain. The technician suggested that it would help with the aches I was certain to experience after the deep-tissue massage. It certainly did the trick then, and I've since kept it on hand for the all-to-frequent aches and pains that come with aging, carrying too much weight, and too many hours at the computer. I recently gave my parents a bottle (both in their 70s). My mother has been struggling with fibromyalgia for many years without any kind of significant relief and is now having issues with arthritis in her shoulders, elbows, and hands....not quite debilitating yet, but to the point where she is considering surgery in spite of her phobia regarding needles and surgery. My father was in a serious vehicle accident 50 years ago that has left him with a lifetime of shoulder pain.....the doctors told him back then that he'd never be able to work as a carpenter again because of the severity of the damage. They are both using Biofreeze daily now and getting more relief from it than they've been getting from years of chronic NSAID use. I just can't believe a topical product could make this much difference, but it does.

Cramps, Aches, Pains are minimized with BioFreeze. Kicking myself for not understanding from my massage therapist years ago how helpful BioFreeze can be. This is a must have for anyone that works out, hikes, bikes, or is getting older. I LOVE my BioFreeze and this summer it was a life saver in hot situations - it simply freezes your skin. I bought this in January and still have almost half of the bottle in October. Transferred to a smaller spray bottle to bring to very hot events - soccer games, sitting in the hot stands of a football game. Two squirts of BioFreeze on my inner arm and was instantly cooled down (use with one of the cooling pads, and you can bear any heat) and this is part of gaming bag. Caution - it DOES smell, so if you use it, everyone else around you will know you are using it. Do not spray during ANY wind as it can irritate the eyes of those around you, but the benefits outweigh the smell of a hundred cough drops.

There are not enough stars to rate this! I have lower back and hip pain and Biofreeze helps me walk throughout the day. Also visit a Chiropractor. Honestly, I tell everyone about this stuff. I've tried many other products and This is the BEST. Has a very pleasant menthol scent that doesn't linger. I have a roll-on container at my desk at work. I like the pump spray much better because I have more control and it's 10.5% menthol.With the spray I'm good from early morning until around noon. When I visit the chiropractor they use the gel (4% menthol). VERY convenient to purchase on Amazon and the pricing is good but I see this elsewhere. Bed, Bath & Beyond has it and you can use their coupons but I haven't seen the pump spray there yet.
