The flux is conductive!
The flux is conductive at short distance.Here is the story what happened.My pcb board uses 2 different dc-dc regulator IC for 5v and 3.3v. I soldered the 3.3 regulator using flux... After the soldering was completed, I powered the board and then sparks near the IC pad stared coming off which damaged the IC.Later I also soldered the 5V IC but without this flux and that is working fine till now.After a lot of troubleshooting... I realized that the flux was conducting at short distance of probes... Multimeter was showing value on resistance measurement.I would like the seller to do the testing on their side also. It is possible that I got a defective product!The flux produces hissing sound when it came in contact with soldering iron!

This is an adulterated product...!
In the beginning I thought it was a good quality flux. Later when I tried this on SMD components, I used to get short in the board. Later I realize that, the short was due to this cheap quality (but expensive) flux. Never buy this flux, as you will get smoke, then shorted component. Careful!!!
