Beautiful, sturdy, SHARP
This fits perfectly in the hand (my hand is large, and a medium would be comfortable) a small hand could have trouble with the overall size.The craftsmanship is outstanding.It's super sharp. And comes with oiling and sharpening instructions (no oil is included)The weight is perfect for cutting large sized meats, you wouldn't use it to cut a steak.Stainless steel.Great, beautiful blade. Just freaking wonderful
Let's start with the important aspects of this knife. It is not for people who are afraid of sharp knives. I think I could shave with this knife out of the box. Second this is an extremely high quality knife. It is hefty, long, and sharp. Perfect for long slices on meats like brisket and pork belly. This knife is for consistent slices from big cuts of meat. All this capability and on top of all that the knife looks really nice. You'll be the star of your next BBQ wielding this kitchen masterpiece.

You get what you pay for
I had low expectations due to the price, and this knife sure lived up to the low expectations! The blade feels cheap, there is no chamfering, and it is super light. It’s an interesting statement piece, that’s about it. Buy it for the looks, nothing else.
